• Bespoke Technical Data & Product Content: All original engineering product descriptions, dimensional tables, PN25/PN20 pressure formulas, chemical compatibility matrices, technical certifications, and written content.
• Custom Code & Composite Implementation: Custom JavaScript logic (cookie-consent.js, function.js), tailored CSS rulesets (custom.css, custom-2.css), HTML architectures, and CAD graphic renders.
• General UI Patterns & Web Concepts: Standard web layout concepts, grid layouts, mega-menu structures, and common UI interaction patterns (such as accordions, hero carousels, and responsive columns) are recognized as general web design conventions and are not claimed as exclusive property.
• Third-Party Libraries & Stock Assets: Open-source frameworks, icon libraries, fonts, and stock imagery remain the property of their respective copyright holders as detailed in Section 4.

3. Permitted Use & Restrictions
